Hello my beloved reader again. today i gonna show you a smart tips to cook Pad Thai Kung. I would like to introduce about this yummy food first. It’s a traditional food that are the top dishes of Thai food with stir-friend noodle and shrimp. It’s very easy to cook this food by your own and here i show you the technique to make it. You may need some ingredients such as
shrimps 200g, 1 sheet of tofu , 100 grams of radish head chopped, 50 grams of pepper, 100 grams of roasted peanuts, 4 chicken eggs, 0.5kg of bean sprouts, 50 grams of garlic, half cup of tamarind water, half cup of fish sauce, half cup of sugar, half cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of water.
Now i gonna show you how to use these ingredients to make a delicious food of Pad Thai:
1: cut the shrimp head
2. put oil for 2 spoons, use medium heat, and when the fire is hot start to fry the garlic and chopped the onion, then cook shrimp in the plate. Add tofu in order to fry radish, put dried shrimp and add little water, then start to test by your own.
3. mix fish sauce and tamarind water together, put a little bit sugar and pepper fried, wait a moment then move the plate aside.
4. crush egg and combine it then put to the plate again. try its taste and put it in the dish when ready.
5. decorate with vegetable such as salad, cucumber, peanut.
